ordered mustache received TN450A IN A PLAIN BOX. don't know what it is yet as have not opened product. have used mustache products for years with satisfaction , don't know about this one . doesn't even appear to be listed in online catalogue.

Hi dear customer, this is the no name brand of this TN450 cartridge, it is made of recycled part and brand new part, when you selected the product, please make sure you choose the Moustache one since there are several options. You can call us at 1-866-979-7463 to do an exchange.

Lorsque j'ai changé la cartouche de toner, à peine si j'ai fait environ 5 copies recto-verso et les copies étaient de très mauvaises qualités. .J'ai fait faire le nettoyage des têtes d'impression, par la suite j'ai fait imprimer plusieurs copies sans aller voir le résultat et c'était la même chose mais j'ai quand même passé presque un paquet de feuilles avant de m'en rendre compte. Donc, j'ai fait des copies recto et les copies étaient de bonne qualité. Pourtant j'ai déjà acheté par l'intermédiaire d'un de vos clients, les cartouches de toner TN-450 c'était correct. Donc ma satisfaction pour la cartouche de toner TN-450 est encore négative....je ne peux qu'imprimer recto....c'est possible que mon imprimante ait '' trop chauffée'' comme on dit. one was defective. Got error message! So disappointing as I was in the middle of printing time sensitive very important project. I have been a customer for many years, this is probably the second time this is happening really hope this gets sorted out.

I've always bought the Moustache toner cartridge. Tried this one as the pricer is much lower. Well, you pay for what you get. The cartridge frame can't be locked correctly on the drum unit and I can't get rid of a small grey line at the bottom of every sheet I print. Sometimes there are inks spots in the middle of the page. The overall quality of the cartridge itself isn't comparable with the OEM or Mustache It's useable and okay for draft copies of school printings, but it doesn't look very professionnal. I would recommand to pay a little more and buy the moustache brand instead of this one.
