We did not order the G&G brand of ink. It is not compatible with our machine. I am not pleased, even though it did arrive within two days.

I was very happy to get this item at lower costs than when buying new at staples but when I went to to use it was a complete waste of time. The Epson printer would not allow it to load stating that it couldn't recognize this ink cartridge. Spent over an hour messing around with the instructions given on the web site on what to do if this were to happen. If I had known before this could happen. No
