My printer still has the original "starter" cartridges and even though the black was showing about 10-20% ink left, I cannot get it to print out anything. Ordered these and they worked great out of the box. One or two cleaning cycles and I had printouts that were as good as original ink cartridges for about half the price. My only qualm is that this is still a bit more expensive than other oem / replacement cartridges for epson printers. But this was expected for a newer printer and like I said, this set cost less than half of an original branded set.

The cartridges arrived quickly, and I replaced my OEM with no problems! I have an EPSON XP-440 with firmware version S017KB. So happy that these remanufactured Cartridges work, since they are much more economical than the EPSON OEMs!

Ink cartridges don't work as not recognized by my XP-440 even though downgraded for maximum compatibility. Worse, the cyan cartridge started to leak as soon as handled gently. I quickly removed them all before damaging my printer. Loss of time and money + proceed at your risk. I rarely complain about anything but this is just ridiculous.
