My printer still has the original "starter" cartridges and even though the black was showing about 10-20% ink left, I cannot get it to print out anything. Ordered these and they worked great out of the box. One or two cleaning cycles and I had printouts that were as good as original ink cartridges for about half the price. My only qualm is that this is still a bit more expensive than other oem / replacement cartridges for epson printers. But this was expected for a newer printer and like I said, this set cost less than half of an original branded set.

The product is fine. Since I updated firmware on my Epson XP-440, it does not recognize the ink cartridges. The printerupdates are sent so we do not use any other cartridge except the orginal ones. I will be returningthe 4 ink cartridges and the company will credit my credit card. I have use these cartridges before any updates. Excellent Customer Service.

The ink cartridge works well and my order was handled quickly and efficiently.
