I purchased this product with low hopes because I've never purchased aftermarket parts for a printer but I must say that I'm impressed. Is this drum just as good as a Brother branded drum? No! but for the price, it's definitely worth it. This week, I printed 6000 sheets of paper on my Brother printer using the OEM drum and during this time period, I had 1 paper jam but it was in the back of the printer before the sheet gets pushed out onto the tray. I just received this product today and have printed 1000 sheets of paper so far in the last 5 hours and I've had 3 paper jams so far, all of which were jammed in the drum area. As I said before, the drum is NOT as good as the OEM one but, for the money, it's very much worth it.

Quick and easy ordering, delivery and functionality. Equipping a new office - this is what was needed to revive a suitable printer for a projects group. I'll be back to try the same with a number of 'must be broken' printers in the future.
