Great product and service. Wish Brother would stop using styrofoam in packaging, hence the 3 stars.

We buy OEM cartridges because we've had problems in the past with compatible products. (I like that this printer's cartridges don't make a mess!) However, I find it hard to believe that they should cost so much AND empty so quickly! We don't print any more with this printer, but have to replace cartridges much more often. It's very tempting to try the compatible cartridges again and save 2/3 of the cost.

After trying 3 compatible jobber cartridges that refused to work, I was resigned to buying a Brother Original at more than twice the cost. I went almost 3 weeks without a printer while this was being resolved.

Good! Cartridge went into printer very well. Inks seemed to last a fair amount of time.
