I would like to complain our recent purchase of the TN225. Two out of the three cartridges plus a previous purchased Black one are leaking the toner powder all over the printer and the print was not as good as it used to be. i am quite disappointed. I hope that you can help to deal with the issue. Now it keeps on telling us to move the green tap which we already did.
