I have ordered this quite a few times but this time my yellow was leaving marks and lines on my printed papers, especially when it was just a text document and not a color. Although Shopper+ with some investigating the issue will now send me a new cartridge so, I am happy to have it replaced as for whatever reason it wasn't operating properly and was showing an error on my system too. Its good to know that when you spend a couple of hundred dollars for cartridges, that they are covered by warranty when needed like my issue. I highly recommend them as the alternative to buying an HP product which would cost me alsmot $450 fort all 4 cartridges, which is frankly highway robbery and not acceptable practice for business by HP. Especially when you can see other manufacturers can build and sell equally the same quality cartridge for more than 60% less, this says they are taking advantage of the customers. Cheers!
