when I checked, I couldn't find the metallic plates. also the car vent clip is super weak and doesn't hold the phones like the other mounts in the box. also some of the peices randomly were missing factory plastic .. this seems to be the issue in both (2) boxes I ordered/ received. don't know if these are manufacturing issues or a bad batch or returned items that were shipped to me as new.

Seems to be a great product but you need to get the "stickers" to stick and I can not get it to stick on any surfaces long enough to use
