Solid mount. Takes some time to get the tension right for smooth pull down. Instructions are small and useless.

I am so far very happy with this mount, I love how far it can extend down and how it can swivel around. I find it worth every penny if you need to mount over your fireplace. The only thing I find a bit confusing is where to put the sound bar. Wish they would have some instructions on that.

Use for holding a 65 lb. TV, is solid but the instruction manual is not so helpful
