The website was down so had to wait to complete the instalation. I was a little surprized there was no option to print only in black and white. It seems a little noisy but the print quality is good.

Decent product. Difficult to refill because Costco who does the refills says as does revues that it's a knock of cannon it is not advertised as such

Après l'avoir remplacé sur l'imprimante, elle me dit que la cartouche est vide et elle n'a jamais fonctionné.

Opened and installed one of these a few months ago and it would't work.Could be a bad cartridge, I will be sending back for replacement. I recently bought a new one (part of this order) but did not install it yet. Hope this one works.

I did get one unit that gave me mostly a greenish overall tint insted of clear colours which I disposed of rather than paying return postage on. Other than that I have been satisfied with all of your products.
