Excellent service, arrived quickly, well packaged, easy to install and is performing just like the OEM unit. The ink is excellent just curious how many sheets of paper it can be used on before it runs dry. However, the package comes with two cartridges so it should last at least as long as the OEM ones. Highly recommend them

Good product and price. I wish that your company wouldn't use the shipping company with the brown truck (since I'm not allowed to enter the name of this company) to ship to us, as they often deliver to the wrong address, even though your staff enter our address correctly on the waybill. This means me having to figure out where the driver with the brown uniform delivered it, and having to go there myself to pick it up.
