I ordered a box of paper. The box was damaged and all the paper reams were ripped as if the box was dropped and the pressure made the reams explode. I would suggest that instead of packing all 10 reams into a single box, it is packed into two separate boxes. It will thus be more manageable for the delivery company I will not order so many at once again.

received three packs today, but cover was open and paper was loose, some cannot be used at all.

Received the 2 boxes of copier with torn sides and cover. The first layer with 2 reams burst, showing the paper with folded edges. (Disappointed). As of the paper: the quality is premium, crisps, bright and clear print....no jam. I recommend this to all.

Packaging was not taped properly. All opened and exposed to more static and temperature related issues. Please pay attention to this matter. I HAD TO USE BROAD TAPE TO RESEAL THE PACKAGES.
