Bonjour, La seule chose qui m'a déplu est que je croyais que vous alliez m'avertir lors du départ du colis de vos entrepôts. Je commençais à être inquiète du délai de livraison lorsque j'ai reçu un avertissement de Postes Canada. Pour le reste tout a été formidable et merci. Bonne journée.

It came exactly as expected, in good condition, and at a very reasonable price. Contrary to the statement above, I don't love it. To say, "I love it ", is an over-statement. One cannot love a box of toner, nor an ink cartridge. The service however, was VERY GOOD.
