This product does not work in our printer even though it shows compatible with Laser Jet Pro M402dn. I have contacted Shopper+ and everything they have told me to do does not work. I emailed stating this - to date I have not received a response.

L'imprimante HP LaserJet PRO M402dw refuse d'imprimer cette cartouche CF226A BKA et donne le message suivant: ERREUR: MEMOIRE CONSOMMABLE MANQUANTE SUR LA CARTOUCHE NOIRE Pourtant, la cartouche précédente MTH-CF226A imprimait sans problème. Je remarque cependant que le petit circuit imprimé vert n'a pas la même forme : il est plus petit sur la nouvelle cartouche.
