Product was/is NOT at issue; service or, more to the point, the LACK of it from the shipper (FedEx) was! Nearly a month from order date to receipt!!!

Buyer beware: if you get a defective cartridge and it will happen, they will not honor the warranty and you'll need to buy another cartridge to replace them.
