I always bought this brand however, now I get repeated errors on my HP OfficeJet Pro that the cartridge is missing or damaged and I have to take it out and reinsert it again to make it work everytime. Contacted support but no help received. I will have to find an alternative brand . Amazon may be?

I purchased 3 of these cartridges in total. First - did not work at all. The second worked but print quality was unacceptable (it left stripes of black where it should have and there were gaps where I had black). The 3rd one kind of works, but all my colour images are darker than with the original cartridge. For all cartridges I had to do the cleaning procedure and it only helped for the 3rd one. 123ink were kind enough to take 2 cartridges back.
