I have just received the bag that I have ordered for my dog, I have not yet used it as we are travelling next August 19. It is a bit small, my dog can sit but cannot stand and I realize that the shoulder strap is missing. I should have ordered a bigger one but there were only 2 sizes. The returning procedure is too complicated, I will call the help centre for more advise. Thanks for your concern.
