I think this cart is great! For what it can do the value is great. I have a disability that prevents me from carrying anything heavy or prolonged periods, one of them being my 7lb service dog. With this cart, I can put it in my car, take it to any store put her in it and also use it as a shopping cart. Also awesome to help me move stuff in my condo to the storage locker. A well rounded product. When using it the first time the lock mechanism on the handle was not working well and caused the handle to retract with any pressure. However the staff (Patrick) at Shoppers+ remedied it by sending me a new handle piece which was fairly easy to replace. Very happy with this purchase so far!

This wagon is a real asset for apartment dwellers. I use it to haul groceries (and other large items) from underground parking to my suite as well as outdoor activities like picnics. It folds up and down easily, and stows nicely in the trunk of the car. Points deducted for mediocre handling and the amount of play in the telescoping handle.
