You will have to put it together, but it is worth not paying labour cost when it's so easy to do with a diagram instruction on 1 sheet. Being all chrome, it looks great, very professional. It does not hold any spills and has good sized wheels, as well as large handle on one side of unit. 3 shelves are a bonus!

The flat storage racks are not sturdy enough to hold heavy loads at indicated (50kg?) from the specifications. There's only three larger supporting horizontal wires and too spaced out to support a heavy load. The longer wires attached to the three wires are too small. Rack was sagging down after putting heavier items on it (<25kg). My older version is much more sturdy than this one. It has large gauge wires and not as spaced out.
