1) i did not get the product, the driver show picture of many boxes next to my house door, 2) i can't see the large salve box as one of them, certainly not on the top of the pile, 3) But even if the driver left it; iit mean some outsider took it, 4) i complain and asked to sent the product again now! and not after long investigation, because i need it, and not after 5) 4a) in the end they can chart me if they concluded that i got it,and lie abut it 5) they still investigating, and i need to wait for something i paid, and want it for my ex, wife. 6) i buy regularly at Shopper+ never problem and i expect better treatment !!!,
