I did not receive the exact product ordered. A product with a different label was delivered. I asked Customer Service to provide at least a discount since the description ordered was not the same. Can you provide a credit card discount. I received a product with the label 40. There is no description for this product on your site. How can a company deliver a product that is not on their site.

The printer still tells me that I'm low on ink, even though a new cartridge has been installed. Had a difficult time getting the printer to work at all after installation.
