Order arrived very quickly, the next day. Tried it and the printer gave me an error code of E5. Tried everything from watching youtube videos and reading articles to no avail. Initiated chat support and was helped by Antonia. She gave me some more troubleshooting notes which I tried and didn't work. She sent me another one which I received the next day and it worked! I appreciate the quick and friendly customer support and would not hesitate to recommend to freinds and family. Thank you, Antonia!

I love being able to buy these remanufactured ink cartridges. The price is right and the print quality is great. But I would like to see a program for empty cartridge return for re-use again. This would help cut down on waste if I could ship back all my empty cartridges for re-use and you could consider your self a green company.
