Absolute trash! The printer doesnt come with the USB cable thats needed to connect to a computer and give print commands. On top of that drivers dont install on OSX running El Capitan+. I called "support" for 5 straight days and everytime it was some reason or the other - "Our support team would get back to you", "Send us a photo and we will send a return label", "I will look into it and get back to you". Support line, if one can call it support leaves a lot to be desired.

Printer arrived damaged. I can't get a return label because I don't have a printer.. I will be dropping it off at the fedex drop off point at staples in Tillsonburg but I expect a replacement a.s.a.p. Unfortunately I had difficulty understanding the agent and I have no idea what she was telling me as I am not good with foriegn accents, no offence intended, I just couldn't understand what she was trying to tell me. I'm very disappointed with this purchas as this is the first time I have ever had an issue. Really upset now.
