The metal frame at the back is exactly behind the shoulder blade and it hurts. The back should have been little wider on the top near head rest which will avoid this issue.

Sincèrement, elle est belle et en bon état, facile à monter, mais pas de soutien pour le dos. Je la trouve pas ergonomique.

The seat is comfortable but it keeps sliding/dropping about an inch down as you sit on it. The wheels were not smooth rolling, keeps getting stuck and ends up dragging on the floor. Customer service sent replacement adjustment plate but that wasn’t the problem. It was a cylinder issue. Too much trouble to take apart and troubleshoot the issue. Decided to send it back for refund.

Not too happy with it to be honest. The wheels don't turn when rolling, leading to the chair scraping the floor. After a couple months the chair is squeeking whenever I move or lean. The hydraulic lift seems to loose pressure sometimes so when I sit down the chair goes to the lowest height and I have to readjust it back up. Seat cushion is comfy and the back fabric is nice and breathable but overall not happy.

The chair is not meant for people taller than 5 ft 9 does not touch my head when I lean back. :(

I did not like the quality of the product. Not suitable for large size human.
