shopperplus is an awful website to purchase anything, it is one week I have requested to cancel my order and refund my money, nobody even contacted me a letter, a word. It is awful and disgusting.

I have severe back pain after using this product. Would not recommend.

Terrible service. Never received the product. Contacted the shipper and shopper+ multiple times to solve the problem, they refuse to help. Now they're stalling to refund. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

It did not meet my expectations. It was cheaply made. There is no quality involved in this product. Not worth the price paid. Comfort level is poor for an office chair in which to spend hours working. the hassle of returning it was not worth my time. I would not recommend this chair as a comfortable chair for any price.

I wish I could give this a 0 point. Avoid this. I am actually having back pain since using this product. Impossible to maintain the posture shown in the picture. I used it for 2 weeks hoping that I would get used to it but wow what a waste of money this purchase was. I threw out the packaging thinking it will be useful and now i cant even return the item. Do your self a favor and buy an ergo chair rather than this plastic crap
