not the strongest product. a medium weight 21inch screen on the arm at its further will sag by about 1/2 inch

Despite my monitor being far from the max. weight limit indicated for this product, the monitor sags if the monitor/arm is rotated any small amount from vertical post/mount. I've already ordered another product to see if it will behave as expected and I plan to return this one.
