I think my initial purchase is a lemon. There is no ink coming out of the newly opened cartridge. I still have to get in touch with customer service about this issue and hopefully they can resolve it for me. The shipment was faster than I anticipated which is nice

I have an HP2640 desk jet. When I put these cartridges in the printer would not do an alignment and the printing was not clear. I replaced them with original HP cartridges and the printer prints clearly. Never had this problem with my old printer. Also the colour cartridge leaked after a week.

The black cartridge works fine but the color one is not responding!!!! So I went and purchase a colored one at a store near my place.
