I'm very happy with this monitor stand. It is sturdy and holds the monitor stable. The adjustability is good, although the tilt mechanism is not great. This is because you have to have it tightened so much to hold up the monitor that you cannot move it anymore. But it works fine if you do not need to ever adjust the tilt of the monitor once set up. The only real issue I had was the clamp is quite large. The photo shows it extends almost 6 inches below the desktop when clamped onto a 0.75 inch thick desktop. I didn't have enough clearance under my desk to install it exactly where I wanted to because of this clamp.

The product is well constructed (materials and design) and provides at least two methods of assembly for installation depending on your particular situation. Desk mount and adapter are totally adjustable. The only issue I had was the lack of detailed assembly instructions. It took awhile to relate the pictures provided in the limited instructions, to the parts supplied and systematically figure out the proper assembly process. I bought two kits, so after assembling the first one, the second one was a snap.
