Product is okay. Purchased 4, installed 3. The USB port failed on one after four months . No out put power from the USB ports. Warranty card is extremely difficult to understand.

Great product and works fine, but there’s one problem. It doesn’t fit in a standard box. The ground screw is at the bottom and prevents the unit from sliding in the box. To make it fit, I removed the screw and jammed in the ground wire. Since it’s so close to the box it won’t move and has a very good ground contact. Otherwise, it’s a great product.

Great price and fits into box nicely. Issue is in regards to gold and silver aces both not tightening wires enough.

These work well! Just wish the faceplate was nicer. Had to go buy other ones which kinda negated any savings.

the USB ports are close to the regular outlets so they get get blocked if you need to use any slightly larger size box-type plug (even small ones)

Good price, hope that it will last in time. A logo printed on the plate? Seriously?
