    It's bubble wrap. My Daughter loves the sound it makes when she pops the little bubbles. They feel good and when I am wrapping something up, it feels like it will protect.

      Used these for a move. Very good with dishes. Also useful with office products. Not happy that it is plastic but at least it's a recycled product.
