If you have this plugged in most of the time it would be 5 stars. Without this it seems to last only a few hours on full beam. I now have it where it is plugged in all the time and it's doing a good job. Doesn't take up much room. Good luck with the instructions. I never normally read them anyway and in this case that is the wisest course.

time display is not visible in the dark. room light has to be on to see the time! so i still need a clock. light lever angle cannot be controlled very well. it seems bit loose in places. a multi position design or ratchet design would be better.
