First time I am trying a remanufactured ink cartridge and it will be the last as well. Very disappointing. These Ink cartridges always reads empty which my printer (Cannon MX530 Series) does not like showing a low ink and for what ever reason is now showing error messages Ink is empty after maybe 10 pages of printing. I see the insert sent with the cartridges says to just ignore the low ink but with the error message the printer is not allowing anything to print. Sorry 123Ink.ca, I'll stick with the genuine Canon from now on.

Please be aware that this product is mistakenly advertised for the list of Canon printers including MX532 and others in the MX5xx series. This is not true. When I purchased this product the box clearly lists the printers supported and MX532 and none of the MX5xx series are on that list. I tried the ink and it will not work in MX532 despite their claim that it does. Customer service offers an excuse that not all compatible printers are printed on the box. Surely the manufacturer knows their own product better than the retailer!

I ordered 2 cartridges - neither would work. 123 advised me to soak the head with a warm wet cloth. This hasn't helped. Would not advise buying this
