The casing of this projection screen comes twisted for some reason. The pull-down mechanism works very well. The casing is held up on both edges of the screen and is made of a weak/cheap plastic. When I hung up the first projection screen, the whole thing came crashing down when one of the plastic edges snapped. I contacted customer support and they said they would replace the whole thing, but the warehouse guys refused to. I had to contact customer support multiple times since the warehouse guys REFUSED to listen to customer support. The screen itself is very nice for the price, but beware the materials used might not be too high durability.
