Great value and sound. Used it to wire my 5.1 home theatre and entry level audiophile speakers. I haven't found any issues after a few months of use. The gauge is actually slightly larger than advertised which means you're getting more for your money. Easy to work with and had it installed on my banana plugs with no issues. Please don't go to a big box store to buy speaker wire when this is all you'll ever need at least for a reasonably inexpensive hifi/home theatre setup. Great value as always and I highly recommend. I'm currently using these with 16 AWG wire. At first I thought they didn't fit properly because the screw wouldn't tighten far enough to hold the wire in - turns out stripping a bit more wire and bending it over onto itself fills the gap and makes the screw tighten down on the wire properly. I really like that the wire can come in from the base or the side since, depending on the situation, one of the options tends to work better.
