    Seems to be a very solid product although the description summary stated that it is suitable for ANY wall type when it’s only suitable for concrete/brick wall (as shown in the detailed description and on the manual). As a result, I have made my refund and the process was almost painless. I believe they will make the correction on the site shortly. The product seems like a 5-star and the customer service is 5-star (very responsive) so far.

        Screws provided could not get tight enough to secure to the wall.
