Used only once so far, and it worked well. Make sure you have a 3-pronged extension cord handy. Easy to use, but wish it came with a couple more attachments. Can't complain for the price! I've included a couple pictures of everything that comes in the box.

I like it. The quality of the product is excellent, much better than expect. It only take less than a minute to heat up 150ml of water. I tried it on my hardwood floor and It lifts hardened grease and dirt like a breeze. The only downside is the maximum water capacity is a bit small and also no indicator to tell when it dries up.

Sent me a broken piece now i just have a giant pile of stuff sitting on the floor instead of a trolley. Said they would send the piece but never sent it, never got a refund or anything

Haven't used it yet . I will have to test it on my outside decking
