Sent me a broken piece now i just have a giant pile of stuff sitting on the floor instead of a trolley. Said they would send the piece but never sent it, never got a refund or anything

It worked decently the first time I tried it. Tried again a couple days later and the thing is spraying out a dangerously large amount of steam/boiled water everywhere. The spray button is also uncomfortable to use, as you have to wedge the safety and hold it in place, since it's not a click mechanism.

No pressure at all! Tried everything! Arrived useless not happy but it's what I expected for the no name price! I wont try buying again
