    Rips at the sticky part when you try to separate a sheet from the pad (because the paper is so thin and fragile). If you manage to patiently remove an intact sheet, it’s not even sticky at all. But it was free, so oh well...

      First of all, this was the only time I've had a problem with you but it was a doozie. I reordered what I usually do. When it came it was the wrong box of cartridges. I called. This was Tuesday or Wednesday. Very apologetic but I had to take a picture of the order and email proof. OK. They promised to have it at the PO on Friday - before a long weekend. I did not get it until Tuesday. So, I was disappointed for 2 reasons - the wrong order and did not deliver as promised.

        je n'ai pas reçu ce post-ti, il y a eu une erreur dans ma commande, on m'a envoyé une cartouche pour une Epson (que je n'ai pas et que je n'ai pas commandé) c'est une cartouche noir pour Epson expression premium XP-530/630/830 que dois-je faire ?
