It wasn't compatible with my printer, I have to go through so much troubleshooting to see if there's a way around that, it may be my printer, but I think I may just get another printer.

I have ordered these items, on line it says they are compatible with the HP photo smart 7520, but it’s number is not on the products I received I have tried 2 of the blue ink and they will not work in my printer. Also when I received my order the black in the one package was opened. Tried to contact you but haven’t got through. Thanks Carol

They were broken and I could not use them.
