Although, I love the quaility of the Pantum laser printers. It will be printing fantastic, then all of a sudden it prints nothing but solid black sheets. The troubleshooting says that the toner is in wrong. But this starts without touching anything in printer. It is a very expensive waste of paper, toner and time. This is the only printer brand that I have had to this. When you have a tax office, it is very frustrating when you have to go to another printer at someone else office.

J'ai acheté cette imprimante en Avril 2020. Je m'en sert occasionnellement, elle fonctionne toujours après donc presque 2 ans. Je n'arrive pas à faire fonctionner la numérisation en lot par le plateau d'alimentation. Je dois numériser une page à la fois. Je n'arrive pas à numériser sur clé usb ou via courriel. Le pilote Linux (Ubuntu) sur le site du fabricant ne fonctionne pas.
