Received in perfect condition when expected. Simple to setup and use. Appears to be solid and reliable so far. This is my second purchase of a Pantum monochrome laser printer. The compatible Brother model used to be my standard for office purchases but Pantum seems to be the more economical choice these days and offering the same reliability. Will definitely purchase again if office expansion merits additional equipment.

Excellent printer. Fast, quiet and efficient. Got in on sale to replace another PANTUM all in one printer.

The printer is great. I did have to contact the Pantum support organization for the correct driver for the wireless connection but they responded within an hour. After I learned to unpack the downloaded .rar file for the setup files, all was well.
