Just terrible ink.

Very Poor replacement. When first used it is fine and we are about 1/4 of the way through the amount of ink and it looks horrible! very streaky and light, barely useable. Do not buy this

The cartridges don't last nearly as long as they are supposed to.

Le noir est parfait, mais les 3 couleurs laissent des lignes d'impression dans mes images même en haute définition, très déçu du produit

Cartouche non fonctionnelles, Mauvaise qualité, service à la clientèle déficient et dépourvue d'agent étant en mesure de servir adéquatement les clients en français.
