Always slow to ship out the items but once they arrive the product is good and works as expected.

Very low price, but on occasion a cartridge will not work with our printer. However, the low price still makes it a better value than Xerox consumables.

These don't seem to last as long as the warranty of 730 days. We purchased some in August and they have run out already. Both of them. They aren't being used anymore than they had in the past. Other than that, the print quality is very good

Such as easy install and printing good.
