If you run a small/project recording studio like myself, these are a great set of cans. Plastic, but the fake leather on the ear pads is relatively nice. The added longer cable is also great for this application. If you can get them on sale, you can buy 3 sets for the price of something like a Shure SRH240, which I would say they are comparable to. Not for audiophiles, but a great “extra” pair of cans for the price. I’ve seen people who run respectable commercial studios (min $100,000 in equipment) have a couple sets of these around. Notably Sam Pura at The Panda Studios in Fremont California. Soundwise, a little bass forward, and not overly articulate, but far from terrible. The isolation is respectable.

At this price you can't beat the headphones. This is my second set.

Très bon son et insonorisation.

The cushioning is fairly uncomfortable for long periods of time. Had a few issues getting the sound to come through in stereo. For very casual use these get the job done however.
