Great cable, even better customer service. PrimeCables really honor their lifetime warranty. My cable had problems described in other reviews. I called the customer service, and this was the fastest warranty call I ever had. In 6 mins, they had dispatched a new cable. Note that they will need your order number in order to proceed.

Use case is as an iPhone charger for use at work and in the car (bought two). Have also used it as an extra USB C (for when I can't find a proper cable), and get mostly 25-30 MB/s transfer rate. Construction feels solid and the interchangeable heads do have a snap when feeling them so I know when they're properly connected. No issues after three weeks.

I really like the convenience of this cable. All in one.
