Did not work for my purposes. I've been using a borrowed device to extend a camera signal to my laptop with no issues. This device was meant to replace that, but didn't work properly. The computer is able to see the webcam but is unable to understand the signals. I've had to look for another option. The re-stocking fees and additional shipping charges, plus the time to send it back, makes it unreasonable to return this item as it is fairly inexpensive.
