The product okay for now , but shipping and handling not good, because of damaged , i have been called your customer service to let them know about , I don't think they care about then I forget it , you should review this out for the next time do better .

Really like the cross cut shredding capability, however, I run into problems with shredding 1 credit card. It appears to jam in the shredder and I would have to untangle the credit card and the metal shredder. Reverse operation doesn't really do much and there's no ON mode, only AUTO. The only way for me to clear out the rest that's stuck is to put another piece of paper, but that's rather disappointing... contacted support to see what they say, but at the moment, it may not be worth to keep or buy ...

Don't be fooled - there is no way that this shredded is able to shred 8 sheets of paper at a time. At most you can shred 2-3 sheets at a time.
