By the description thought would be ok for at the office. The feeder wouldn’t usually feed and had to feed pages in hole. It’s definitely not suitable for our usage. Tried to return it but was told no because we were video adding paper manually.

Biggest piece of garbage. Impossibly hard to get the paper to get picked up by the shredder. Total waste of money and time.

Returned item… Would not do five sheets let alone 50 As advertised. Have bought cheaper ones that do a better job.

This is the first time I have ever rated a product purchased online--but this review is warranted. I previously owned a standard 8-page shredder from Amazon Basics. When it stopped working I purchased this shredder because it advertised itself as being capable of taking care of 50 sheets at a time through its "auto-feed". Unfortunately, the auto-feed is extremely frustrating and ineffective. The feeder has a hard time 'grabbing' the papers put into the auto feed which results in the gears turning without any result. When it does "grab" the papers it often overloads. I would strongly recommend against purchasing this shredder. You will spend more time babysitting your paper trying to feed it into the auto-feed than you would if you just purchased an 8-page regular shredder. This product was a complete disappointment.

Sent me a used and broken item. When reported to a customer service representative they said they will ship one out when they receive the returned item. Item was returned and was told they had stock and would ship another one right away. The day after they told me it was cancelled and had no more stock. Also said I had to return the item before I could get a refund? The previous damaged item was returned (tracking number) as they already approved a new item to be shipped. I was speaking to the same customer rep over 1.5 weeks to just to get a refund.
