Seems a wee bit heavy but adjusted to fit my little chi/shitzu and I think it will be fine. She is about 10 lbs and I ordered a small.

The adjustable straps are very thin and one is slightly frayed at the seam (out of the box). Pulling and stretching at this joint will surely cause it to fail in the future. The rest of the harness feels well made and there's lots of padding. For the price I can't complain!
